Having worked in the city for 17 years, I took voluntary redundancy and opened up a butcher shop just as lockdown hit. The business started as a hobby in my kitchen in 2018 whilst working full time and expanded so quickly that I had to get a shop local to me.

My real passion is making Biltong (air-dried beef), Butchery and outdoor fire cooking.

I grew up on a farm in South Africa and left when I was 18 and, had the privilege of being able to stay here due to having an English father and never went back.

5 years later my business is stronger than ever and I have never looked back. I enjoy networking with like-minded entrepreneurs and subject matter experts and always looking for ways to better myself and my business. In my spare time, I go to the gym and play tennis and golf.
