My aim has always been to reduce pain, reduce noise, to simplify. My journey has taken me into the corporate world of Fortune500 companies, helping them with communicating upcoming changes such as mergers, reorganisations, software implementations and changes to ways of working. Alongside supporting my clients with their pain on their journeys, I too have been on my own journey of heartbreak, depression, physical illnesses and have found amazing tools to help myself develop coping mechanisms, biohacking strategies and build resilience in the corporate world that has inspired many of my clients to bend their perception of how much change is possible.
My purpose has always been to make solutions as accessible to everyone as possible. So, I have started my business called ChangeLovers. The tools I offer aim to open you and your clients to new perspectives, a structure to understanding how easy change can be through science, systems and pragmatic, bite sized training, coaching, mentoring.
One group of tools are a variety of psychometric profiles (DISC Assessments). Filling our a quick questionnaire can provide a set of reports explaining how you like to be motivated, what your strengths are, what kind of profession you are destined to excel at, how to hire the right person for a specific job, what changes in you under pressure with tons of tips on how to address any sides of yourself to be more productive, more resilient, happier and better prepared for curveballs that life, work will (inevitably) throw at you.
