Employment lawyer | Sevenoaks
What I do
I am an employment lawyer based in Sevenoaks and covering all of Kent. I specialise in representing employers of all sizes, including start-ups and small businesses, across the full life cycle of the employment relationship. My clients instruct me for my business-focused yet compassionate approach which I use to ensure a positive outcome to their employment law and HR matters. My job is to make your job easier.
I specialise in both contentious and non-contentious employment law. On the contentious side, I regularly do Employment Tribunal work. I also help my clients with disputes arising from grievances, misconduct or whistleblowing issues, as well as carry out investigation work. On the non-contentious side, I provide employment law advice on day to day issues and prepare legal documents such as contracts or policies. I also provide training to my clients including on data protection law and anti-harassment and bullying. I am able to offer a free employment (or contractor) check to ensure that your standard contracts are fully compliant with the latest legislation and best practice.
Generative AI in the workplace
